With regard to the matter of organizing Party B to go to Europe for ethnic music performance exchanges with the city of Vienna, Austria, the two parties reached the following agreement after negotiation:

Party B entrusts Party A to organize Party B to go to Europe for music and cultural exchanges and exchanges. During the inspection, a group of people will go to Europe for a visit from January 1, 2010 to January 2, 2010, and the whole journey will last for 30 days and nights. Entry and exit port: Beijing. 1. The quotation for this group is made by Party A in accordance with the requirements listed by Party B. The cost quotation includes:

1. Economy class round-trip international air tickets from Beijing and airport tax;

2. Accommodation in three to four-star hotels including breakfast;

3. Mainly Chinese lunch and dinner (five dishes, one soup, fruit before meals) Tea after dinner);

2. Fees do not include:

3. Rights and obligations:

Party A is responsible for making reasonable and smooth arrangements for the itinerary and for assisting the group Guests resolve all emergencies.

Party A has the right to adjust the schedule according to the actual situation, but ensure that the attractions are not reduced and the number of tour days remains unchanged. If there is an urgent need to adjust arrangements in the event of emergencies (such as natural disasters, strikes, etc.), Party A has the right not to negotiate in advance.

Party B is responsible for providing Party A with travel documents and all required information for tour group guests that are authentic, reliable and in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations of my country. Party B is obliged to respect the customs, habits and religious beliefs of the countries and regions to which it is going, You must abide by the laws of our country and the country and region you are traveling to.

Party B has the right to know the details of the itinerary and the right to make complaints and claims regarding the quality of the tour. Disputes shall be arbitrated by the tourism management department or enforcement agency.

IV. Liability issues:

A: Party A has insured each guest in the tour fee. In case of accidental injury, the insurance company will settle the claim according to the regulations. Party A and its agent shall not Responsible, but has the responsibility to assist in handling incidents within the scope of the insurance. The content of the incident shall be subject to the relevant regulations of the insurance company. Party B must retain necessary documents and supporting documents in accordance with the regulations of the relevant departments of the insurance company. If the claim cannot be made due to damage or loss due to Party B's failure to provide relevant documents and supporting documents, Party B will be responsible. Any liability beyond the scope of insurance shall be borne by Party B.

B: Additional expenses incurred by the company and its agents due to delays in locomotives, natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, heavy rains, floods, snowstorms, and force majeure factors such as strikes, wars, and riots. It doesn’t matter, it’s up to the guests.

C: If a team member’s travel document is refused by the embassy of the country of destination or cannot be issued on time, it is not the company’s responsibility.

D: For those who are refused exit by my country’s border inspection due to personal reasons after the group sets off, the remaining tour fee will be refunded based on actual losses.

E: For those who are refused entry and repatriated to the country by the immigration bureau of the country of destination, the remaining fees will be refunded based on actual losses.

F: After obtaining the visa, 95% of the total tour fee will be charged based on the number of people, and the remaining amount will be paid in one lump sum within one week after the guest returns to the country.

G: The money and valuables carried by the team members should be properly kept by themselves. After leaving the country, Party A will manage the passports to prevent loss.

H: Party B’s shopping and various self-funded activities during the trip are purely personal behaviors. Party B has the right to make free choices, buy and sell freely, and bear the risks at its own risk. If any economic or legal disputes arise, Party B shall bear the responsibility, and Party A shall not bear any responsibility or joint liability.

5. Instructions for canceling the tour:

A: Those who have issued a visa or have been refused a visa by the country of destination will be charged visa fees and procedures. Those who withdraw from the tour will be charged according to the actual losses.

B: If Party B proposes to withdraw from the tour after paying the full tour fee, he shall bear the losses according to the following terms:

1) If Party B proposes to withdraw from the tour within 15-3 days before departure, If Party A has assisted Party B in applying for passports and visas, and issued international round-trip air tickets at this time, Party A will deduct 50% of Party B’s full tour price and return the balance to Party B.

2) If Party B proposes to withdraw from the tour 3 days before departure, when the tour is close to departure and all travel matters have been determined, Party A will deduct 80% of Party B’s full tour price and the remaining balance Return to Party B.

3) If Party B proposes to withdraw from the group within 24 hours of departure or fails to arrive at the meeting point at the time specified by Party A and fails to make the trip, Party A will regard this situation as Party B voluntarily giving up the trip and the group money will be paid All fees will be deducted and will not be refunded.

VI. Payment method:

A: After Party A and Party B confirm the route, Party B shall fill in the personal information form required by Party A in detail. At the same time, the information filled in by Party B It must be filled in truthfully. If any concealment of visa refusal records is discovered, Party A has the right to deduct Party B RMB 5,000 per person.

B: The entire tour fee should be paid (by transfer or cash) 15 days to one week before the departure of the tour.

C: The remaining outstanding matters shall be resolved through negotiation between the two parties.

7. Other matters:

A: Party B needs to provide Party A with a deposit of RMB 50,000 per person, which can be collected by the visitor with his or her passport after returning to the country;

B: Party B needs to provide Party A with blank letter paper (four pieces per person) stamped with the official seal of his/her unit and signed by the leader as materials for visa application;
