Express service process of China CITIC Bank's US visa application

Recently, many people are very confused about the content of the expedited delivery service process of CITIC Bank in the US visa application, and have been consulting me. I have compiled the following contents today, hoping to help you answer questions.

Step 1

Please fill in the electronic application form for non-immigrant visa DS- 160.

Second step

Log in to the website, enter the online application system, set up personal files, and pay the MRV machine-readable visa fee. After logging in, please select "Appointment Interview". In the following process, you will encounter related interview-free problems. After answering such questions, the system will automatically identify whether you meet the exemption requirements.

Third step

If you meet the visa-free requirements, please print the "forwarding confirmation letter" and attach it to your visa application materials.

Fourth step

Collect all documents: DS- 160 confirmation page, machine-readable visa fee receipt, all old and new passports, photos, and an explanatory letter containing the purpose and itinerary of this trip. Depending on the type of visa application, you may need additional documents and fees (reciprocal fees).

Step five

If you have unforeseen travel needs and need to travel within two weeks (see above for details), you can submit an urgent delivery request through the' Provide feedback' button on the grounds of "express delivery service". Please submit written evidence to prove the urgency. Urgent requests will be evaluated and processed one by one.

If the embassy approves your express service request, you will receive a confirmation letter from the embassy.

Step 6

Please print your expedited confirmation letter and fill in the document and material submission form for expedited delivery service.

Step 7

You should put your urgent confirmation letter, forwarding confirmation letter and all required documents in a postal envelope and bring them to the following CITIC Bank outlets.

Note: Please don't put any documents you submitted in a sealed envelope, or they will be rejected by embassies and consulates in China. If you submit materials through CITIC Bank, please make sure that the envelope containing these materials and documents must be open.

If your application is approved, you should put your urgent confirmation letter, forwarding confirmation letter and all required documents in a postal envelope and bring them to the following CITIC Bank outlets:

Note: If you want to send it to the embassy on the same day, please submit the materials before 10 am.

Note: If you want to send it to the Consulate General the next day, please submit the materials before 3 pm.

Note: If you want to send it to the Consulate General the next day, please submit the materials before 5 pm.

2. You can't submit documents and materials for expedited delivery service in any other branch of China CITIC Bank.

Step 8

After your visa is reviewed, the embassy or consulate will return your passport/materials to the business outlet of CITIC Bank that you originally chose to submit (see the address above). When your passport/certificate is returned to China CITIC Bank, you will receive an email with a "tracking number". If your visa is issued, it will be affixed to your passport.
