My grid is located in the urban-rural fringe and belongs to a mixed community. Urban management problems are outstanding, and residents often seek community to solve contradictions. At the junction of No.287 Dongshan Avenue and Hanyi Village, due to the blockage of the sewage pipe in Hanyi Village, sewage flowed into the home of No.287 household. After the residents reflected to me, the community leaders and I visited Hanyi Village many times.

Third, labor security. Handle unemployment certificates for laid-off workers, and organize people with employment difficulties to participate in on-site recruitment for vocational skills training.

Fourth, civil affairs services. For the elderly who have reached the age of 60, apply for the old-age certificate, and conduct on-site verification and timely report on the low-income households whose family income has changed.
