Through friendly negotiation, both parties reached the following agreement on the cooperative operation of skilled migration/study abroad business:

I. Party B's responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for providing Party A with relevant business licenses and immigration agency licenses approved by the Australian government;

2. Be responsible for providing Party A with detailed information on national conditions, immigration policies and regulations;

3. Provide professional training to Party A's business personnel and provide Party A with the latest information on the change of _ _ _ _ settlement policy in time; Be responsible for replying to the business-related inquiries put forward by Party A;

4. Be responsible for the final examination and appraisal of the application qualification of the settlement applicant (hereinafter referred to as the "client");

5. Be responsible for guiding customers to prepare various necessary application materials;

6. Be responsible for contacting _ _ _ _ _ _ government immigration bureau and other government departments on behalf of customers, including submitting assessment applications and visa applications on behalf of customers;

7. Be responsible for regularly informing Party A's partners of the application progress of settlement applicants;

8. After obtaining the visa, the customer will provide paid follow-up services, such as picking up the plane and arranging accommodation.

Two. Party A's responsibilities:

1.__ As the agent of Party B in China, carry out settlement agency services related to _ _ _ _ _ _;

2.__ Actively adopt various effective commercial promotion means (including advertisements) to carry out commercial promotion activities;

3.__ Organize a "settlement report meeting", where Party B is responsible for sending experts to explain the settlement laws and policies of relevant countries to customers;

4.__ Provide long-term fixed office space and full-time business personnel; Full-time business personnel are responsible for receiving customers and preliminarily evaluating their applications; Pass the preliminary evaluation results to Party B quickly, so that Party B can make a final evaluation of the customer application as soon as possible;

5.__ After Party B decides to accept the customer's application, it will sign an agency contract with the customer and be responsible for collecting the prescribed application fee from the customer;

6.__ Submit all kinds of materials prepared by customers to Party B in time;

7.__ Pay all kinds of application fees provided by customers that must be paid in advance to Party B in time;

8.__ Responsible for monitoring the service fees paid by customers; If the customer's application is successful, he shall be responsible for timely remitting the money belonging to Party B to the bank account designated by Party B or collecting it at the door by the personnel designated by Party B; If the customer fails to apply, he has the responsibility to return the money to the customer in time according to the contract signed with the customer.

Three. Business charging standards, income distribution principles and payment methods of both parties:

1. Professional appraisal fee: All clients' diplomas, professional certificates and work experience need to be appraised by relevant professional institutions designated by the Immigration Bureau. Different majors have different assessment fees, ranging from _ _ _ _ dollars to _ _ _ _ dollars. A deposit of _ _ _ _ dollars should be received in advance, and a deposit of _ _ _ _ dollars should be received if the spouse needs to be evaluated. This fee should be paid in full to the relevant appraisal and evaluation institutions. Party A shall pay the customer's evaluation data and the evaluation fee deposit to Party B in full. If the customer's evaluation fails, the evaluation fee will be deducted, and the service fee of _ _ _ _ USD will be deducted;

2. Visa processing fee: _ _ USD. This fee is the fee for the immigration department of _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ government to process the customer's application for settlement, so this fee needs to be paid in full to the immigration department of the relevant country; Party A shall pay the customer's visa materials and visa fees to Party B together, even if the customer's application fails, this fee will not be returned to the customer.

3, service fee, skilled immigrants _ _ _ _ dollars. 4. If Party A fails to collect customer fees according to the regulations (with operating rules), causing economic losses, Party A shall be responsible for compensation.

5. The expenses of notarization, passport, physical examination and air ticket shall be borne by the customer.

6. This agreement is made in duplicate, one for each party, and shall come into force after being signed, with a validity period of two years. If both parties have no objection, it can be extended for _ _ _ _ years.
