Time limit for renewal of Zhanjiang Taiwan Pass:

(1) After accepting the application for the entry-exit permit to and from Taiwan, the public security entry-exit administration organ shall issue it within 7 working days if it meets the conditions for issuance; After accepting an application for a separate endorsement to Taiwan, it shall be issued within 7 working days. Due to special circumstances such as inconvenient local traffic, the issuance time can be extended to 20 working days with the approval of the exit-entry management agency of the provincial public security organ.

(2) According to the relevant regulations of the State Administration of Immigration, if a mainland resident applies for a Taiwan Pass in a non-permanent residence and goes to Taiwan Province Province for endorsement, the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ shall issue it within 20 days.

(3) If mainland residents urgently need to apply for travel permits and endorsements to and from Taiwan due to urgent reasons such as mourning, emergency treatment, visiting critically ill patients, handling overseas emergencies, leaving the country to attend emergency meetings and negotiations, signing contracts and reporting for studying abroad, or if the documents before leaving the country are lost or damaged or other urgent reasons are identified by the exit-entry administration of provincial public security organs, the exit-entry administration of public security organs shall give priority to examination and approval in accordance with the principle of urgency.
