What is the origin and history of Hao surname?

Hao's family originated from his son's surname (one said that Feng was Hao's): According to A Brief History of Clans, Di Yizi of Shang Dynasty was sealed in Hao Township (now Zhouzhi, Shaanxi Province, Hao Village, Anzu Town, Huxian County, Shaanxi Province) and later named after the city. 1000 years later, it still takes Taiyuan, Shanxi Province as its breeding center.
