Residence permit points are declared once a year, and applicants should declare from June 1st to July 31st of that year. Except for the circumstances indicated in the individual contribution indicators, the deadline for calculating points for application materials for other indicator items is May 31 of the same year.
Applicants should declare points at the acceptance window established by the government service center of the district (city) or county government where the residence permit is issued.

Points application materials

(2) Applicant's valid residence permit and resident status Certificate (original and copy);

After the acceptance window of the district (city) and county government service center receives the points application materials, if the materials are complete, it shall issue an acceptance receipt; if the materials are incomplete, it shall notify the applicant on the spot to complete the materials.
The applicant and the issuer of relevant certification materials shall be responsible for the authenticity and legality of the points application materials.
