What procedures do I need to go through to immigrate to Australia?

Different immigration methods require different materials. For example, some of the materials required for Australian employer-sponsored immigration are as follows:

1. Passport identity pages of all applicants notarized document.

2. A notarized copy of the birth certificate showing the names of the parents. If the birth certificate cannot be provided, a notarized copy of the identity page of any of the following materials is also acceptable:

(1) Household register showing the names of parents

(2) Identity issued by a government agency Supporting documents

(3) Documents issued by the court that can prove the identity of the employee

1. Applicant (including family members not accompanying him), 2 recent clear passport photos.

2. If any applicant is married or divorced, a notarized copy of the marriage certificate must be provided.

3. If any applicant is permanently separated, divorced or widowed, a notarized copy of the divorce decree or the death certificate of the deceased partner must be provided.

4. If any of the applicants has changed their name, a notarized copy of the name change certificate is required.

5. All notarized birth certificates or household registers accompanying the children must indicate the names of both parents.

6. If there are adopted children among the accompanying persons, a notarized copy of the adoption document is required.
