Conditions for emigrating to Macao

Legal analysis: (1) Chinese mainland people must obtain the right of abode in a third country. You can apply for Macao immigration.

(2) The applicant shall submit the following documents:

1. Proof documents for purchasing the property (not less than MOP 1 10,000 yuan), including the certificate of the property rights registration bureau, payment certificate and deed of house;

2.5 million patacas time deposit certificate;

3. Application form and letter of credit for mailing address (in duplicate);

4. China personal passport (original and two copies of the whole);

5. Residence permit for a third country;

6. Birth certificate (two copies in Chinese and English);

7. Marriage certificate (two copies in Chinese and English);

8. Notarial certificate of no crime (two copies in Chinese and English)

9. Two 2-inch color passport photos each 12.

(3) The documents submitted by the applicant shall include the qualified relatives accompanying the immigration procedures:

1, spouse or person with de facto marriage relationship;

2. The applicant and his spouse1children under the age of 8;

3. Minors under the age of 18 adopted by the applicant and his spouse.

Legal basis: Article 9 of the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China. China citizens who have settled in foreign countries voluntarily become or acquire foreign nationality will automatically lose their China nationality.
