20-year-old boy immigrated to Canada

According to the Canadian Immigration Law, any Canadian citizen or permanent resident who is over 19 years old and must live in Canada is eligible to sponsor his close relatives to immigrate to Canada, including spouses, unmarried couples, parents, dependent children, grandparents, and some orphans or adopted relatives under 19 years old.
