4. Marriage certificate.

5. A notarial certificate of divorce/death that proves that the previous marriage relationship has been dissolved.

6. Police notarized certificate (notarized with no criminal record). /kloc-applicants over the age of 0/6 must provide a police notarization issued by any country where they lived for one year or more after the age of 0/6, and a police notarization issued by a place where they lived for more than 6 months before the interview. The police notarial certificate is only valid for one year.

9. If there is any violation, provide court records.

10. Evidence of living security. The US applicant and any co-guarantor must provide the following documents: (if applicable)

A) prepare a signed original I-864 form for each applicant. For example, if an American applicant submits an application for the I- 130 family category for you and your child respectively, each visa applicant needs an original I-864 form and related documents. However, the entourage of the visa applicant can provide a copy of the original I-864 form. The prerequisite is that the entourage immigrates to the United States with the main applicant, or the main applicant goes to the United States within six months after immigration. (If your American applicant has submitted the original of this form to the National Visa Center before, you don't need to submit it separately during the interview. )

B) the tax bill for the latest year. For example, if the I-864 form was signed in 20 10, please bring the tax bill of the guarantor in 2009. In addition, if the guarantor pays the tax for the new year before the visa interview, the consul may ask you to submit the tax bill for the new year. We suggest that you bring the tax bills of the last three tax years with you during the interview.

C) Current work certificate, remittance receipt and bank records, etc.

(1) Proof of the relationship between the applicant and the American applicant. For example, the photos taken by American applicants and visa applicants and their entourage before and after visiting relatives in the United States are the most powerful evidence to prove blood relationship. Please mark all the people in the photo in English. You can also submit telephone bills and letters. The calling card must be presented together with the list of calls made with this card, otherwise it will not be accepted.

(2) If this is not your first marriage, please provide materials containing the following information during the visa interview: your ex-spouse's name, date of birth, social security number (if applicable), address and telephone number.

(3) If the applicant works in the technical field, please provide a detailed resume in Chinese and English, including the education level and work experience of the applicant. In many cases, it is not enough to just list employers and positions. Resume should include a detailed list of employers, all job responsibilities and projects, titles, abstracts and publication dates of all publications.
