According to the Notice of the People's Government of Guangdong Province on Printing and Distributing Some Policies and Measures for Further Stabilizing and Expanding Employment in Guangdong Province and the Catalogue for Printing and Distributing Applications for Employment and Entrepreneurship Subsidies in Guangdong Province, Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, together with relevant units, formulated the application method for entrepreneurship subsidies in Shenzhen.

Second, the object of entrepreneurship subsidies in Shenzhen

(1) Students from ordinary colleges, vocational schools and technical colleges in Shenzhen;

(2) College graduates within 5 years of graduation;

(3) Returned overseas students within 5 years after graduation;

(4) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents within the legal working age;

(5) entrepreneurs with household registration in this city;

(6) Shenhu demobilized veterans, dependents and disabled people.

The above-mentioned personnel start their own businesses in Shenzhen, and all meet the conditions for subsidy access. Small and micro enterprises, individual industrial and commercial households, social organizations, legal persons or shareholders are all self-employed.

Three. Subsidies and concessions

1, business start-up subsidy:

1 10,000 yuan/person, and at most 10 people can apply for partnership operation, and the amount is as high as110,000 yuan.

2, social security subsidies:

840 yuan/person/month, continuous subsidy for 36 months, maximum number of applicants for partnership operation 10, with an amount of 300,000 yuan.

3. Rent subsidy:

500- 1560 yuan/month, continuous subsidy for 36 months, the amount is as high as 56,000 yuan.

4. Employment subsidies:

3,000 yuan/person, the amount is as high as 50,000 yuan.

5. Business discount support:

Up to 3 million. Entrepreneurial enterprises can enjoy up to 600,000 per person and 3 million per enterprise for up to 9 years.

Fourth, the application process of business start-up subsidy

Business start-up subsidy application process

Self-employed individuals who start a business in partnership and meet the requirements of business start-up subsidies shall jointly apply for business start-up subsidies, or may entrust a partner or one of the shareholders to apply in writing and submit relevant materials. If the same venture partnership applies for business start-up subsidy, the number of applicants who meet the subsidy conditions at the time of accepting the application shall prevail, and no other applicants may be added in the future.

(1) When applying, the applicant should bring relevant materials to the employment service agency in the street where the registration place is located to apply for business start-up subsidy.

If the materials are complete and meet the requirements, an acceptance receipt shall be issued, and the preliminary examination shall be completed within 3 working days from the date of acceptance, and the district (new district) public employment service institution shall complete the subsidy examination within 2 working days after the preliminary examination.

(three) the public employment service institutions will publicize the list of the applicants and the subsidy standards for the audited start-up enterprises, and the publicity period is 7 days. After publicity, there is no objection, or although there is objection, but the subsidy conditions are not lost after investigation, it is deemed to have passed the review; Those who pass the examination shall be paid. If there is any objection after publicity, if there is any situation that does not meet the subsidy conditions after investigation, it will not be approved and will not be issued. * * * The public employment service agency will transfer the relevant subsidy funds to basic deposit account, where the bank is established, before the end of the next month after the audit.
