Can ordinary civil servants emigrate after retirement

Civil servants can also immigrate, and civil servants can also immigrate after retirement, but there are conditions:

Article 81 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Civil Servant Law A civil servant may not resign from public office under any of the following circumstances:

2. Working in a special post involving state secrets or leaving the above post is less than the time limit for decryption stipulated by the state;

3. Important official duties are not completed and must be handled by myself;

4, is under audit, disciplinary review, or suspected of committing a crime, the judicial process has not yet ended;

5. Other circumstances in which you may not resign from public office as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
