There are three types of universities in Malaysia.

Public universities are relatively cheap, and most of them need IELTS 5.5 or above (four years of undergraduate course), and the tuition fee is 20,000-50,000 a year.

Private universities are more expensive. If the dual courses are diplomas issued by universities in cooperative countries such as Britain or Australia, and the entry threshold is low, you can enter the English class directly without taking IELTS, and then enter the professional course (undergraduate course for 3 years). The tuition fee is about 1 year, 50,000-80,000.

3. Overseas branches (branches of Australian and British universities in Malaysia have the same diplomas as the headquarters), such as monash, Nottingham and Curtin Institute of Technology, have higher entry threshold. Most IELTS requirements are 5.5 for matriculation (1- 1.5 years), 6.5 for undergraduate (3 years, tuition 1 year, around 70,000) and 7 for master.

The cost of living is 2-2.5 times that of China. Accommodation is 600-2,000 RMB per month (depending on your living standard), the public is relatively cheap, and private or overseas branches are more expensive.

Whether you can immigrate to Singapore to work in another country depends on your ability. In principle, you can do it as long as that country recognizes it.

Make sure you are right. It's tiring to answer so many questions at once. Give more points. Ha ha.
