Tianqianhe Reservoir Irrigation District Project

Qiantianhe River involves Jianghua, Daoxian, Ningyuan and Jiangyong counties, with an irrigation area of about1130,000 mu. The task of engineering development is mainly agricultural irrigation, taking into account the water demand of people and livestock. The guarantee rate of agricultural irrigation design is 90%, and the guarantee rate of drinking water for people and livestock in rural areas is 95%.

The Qiantianhe irrigation area is mainly irrigated by gravity flow, and part of cultivated land is irrigated, and the irrigation water utilization coefficient is 0.604. The design flow of the main canal is 48.0 cubic meters per second, and the average irrigation flow for many years is 1 1.68 cubic meters per second.

There are 9 major rivers in the irrigation area, such as Xiaoshui and Xihe, which are planned as the backbone drainage ditches in the irrigation area.

Irrigation area is bounded by small water, including left irrigation area and right irrigation area. The total length of the main canal is 258.448km, including 54 aqueducts, 20 tunnels with a length of 665,438+0465,438+084 m and 8 inverted siphons. The total duration of the irrigation project is 48 months.

The irrigation project involves 378 villages in 26 townships (towns) in Jianghua, Daoxian, Ningyuan and Jiangyong counties, and needs to be relocated by 4 1 1 person. The permanent area of the project is 16475 mu, and the temporary area is 326 1 mu, which also affects some special facilities.

The initial resettlement plan is: the planned production resettlement population is 7 159. In the selected 26 townships (towns), 68 13.5 mu of cultivated land was transferred, and 7 159 people were resettled. It is planned to relocate 100 households and 42 1 person, all in the form of scattered houses nearby, and the immigrants will use compensation funds to build their own houses in the village.
