Why did Zhang slaughter Sichuanese?

The imperial literati of the Qing dynasty left the first paragraph behind, and even changed the last sentence to the word "murder" to promote Zhang's "cruelty" and "justice" in the Qing dynasty! (4) According to historical data compiled by Ding, Zhang slaughtered 60 million men and women, that is, 600 million people. This is a big lie. Some people say it's a clerical error, it should be 6 million. Even so, as mentioned above, it is still a number that makes people wonder whether there is a lot of water infiltration. The official records are so exaggerated that it is not difficult to imagine the intention of the Qing court to uglify Zhang. Moreover, the Qing court has stabilized the whole country, and Zhang himself and his remnants have long been eliminated. Even if it is truthfully recorded or even slightly exaggerated, it will not affect the stability of the Qing court regime. So why do you want to do this? There is only one answer: the real murderer who makes Sichuan "thousands of miles away" is the Qing court itself. Because the scale of the massacre was too large and too many people died, they had to immigrate to Sichuan in large numbers from Huguang area, so it could not be concealed. Therefore, it is necessary to shift the responsibility to the dead, so as to prevent the people under their rule from knowing the truth and affecting their political stability.
