Mainland brides applying for permanent residence in Taiwan Province need proof of no criminal record. How to deal with it? What is the process?

There is a quota limit of 6000 people to settle down every year, that is, to get a Taiwan identity card! ! ! ! !

If the mainland spouse (mainland bride) has lived in Taiwan for two years and has lived in Taiwan for more than 183 days each year, the mainland spouse (accompanied by the spouse of Taiwan Province Province) shall apply to the immigration department for settlement.

At present, it takes about 5-6 months to settle down.

Note: The application for residence must be accompanied by the cancellation certificate of Chinese mainland household registration and the financial proof of the parents, spouses and myself of the same household registration (since July 1997, the accumulated deposit is 4 14720 yuan or the monthly income is more than 34,560 yuan).

Note: The new nationality law stipulates that naturalization requires examination of mother tongue (mainland nationality certificate is not required) and national constitution (which may be implemented in the future).

Note: After applying to the immigration department for settlement and obtaining a residence permit, bring the official document, household registration book, seal and photo notified by the immigration department to the domicile of the spouse in Taiwan Province Province, and receive the Taiwan Province ID card after registration. You can apply for a passport and a Taiwanese certificate. Remember to apply for a copy of the household registration book, together with a copy of the Taiwan Province ID card and a copy of the mainland ID card, and go to the local police station in Chinese mainland to apply for the certificate of moving out and canceling the household registration. Obtain the cancellation certificate or return the notarized cancellation certificate to the notary office, and cancel the mainland account with the Immigration Department (within three months) after verifying the documents with SEF.
