How did Xinjiang dialect come into being?

Xinjiang used to be a minority area with few Han people. At the beginning of the founding of New China, the Han people began to move northward on a large scale. There were Kuomintang troops stationed in the local area, construction corps, and immigrants from the mouth for construction needs. Most of these people were northerners, especially in Shandong and Henan. Therefore, after these residents settled down, they irreversibly spread their own dialects and formed the keynote of Xinjiang dialects. Later, there were a series of movements, and people from all over the country joined in, which brought more or less influence. After decades of integration, they formed their own school. If we want to study the formation and changes of dialects, Xinjiang dialects can be regarded as living specimens of language changes.
