Application materials

5. Applicants under the age of 16 should also submit proof of guardianship relationship (birth certificate, household registration book, etc.) and the guardian’s original resident ID card; if the guardian entrusts someone else to accompany him, he must also submit The guardian’s power of attorney and the original resident ID card of the person being entrusted shall be submitted for verification.

Applicants who have one of the following circumstances can apply for expedited processing:

⑴For medical treatment, provide a diagnosis certificate and medical record issued by a medical institution above the municipal level in the Mainland;

　⑵Visiting a critically ill patient, provide the other party's disease certificate or a telegram requesting a visit;

⑶Going to a funeral, provide a death certificate issued by the relevant institution or a notice on the funeral arrangements issued by the embassy or consulate ;

Application process

(1) The applicant submits application materials to the exit and entry management agency of the public security organ at or above the county level entrusted by the National Immigration Administration and collects fingerprint information in accordance with regulations;

(2) The accepting agency will issue an acceptance receipt to the applicant if the application materials are complete and in legal form if the application conditions are met; if the application materials are incomplete or do not comply with the legal form, the applicant will be notified at one time of the need to make corrections. Processing time limit and fee

Processing time limit:
