As long as you have the retirement certificate and personal survival certificate issued by the relevant units, you can enjoy the corresponding domestic treatment.

How to get a domestic pension?

There are three ways: I personally apply, entrust the application and mail the application.

Apply in person

Need to hold my valid passport and residence permit; Fill in the survival certificate at the consulate of China in the country where you live. The survival certificate is an examination form for the eligibility of people living abroad to receive pensions, also known as the "residence certificate", which is stamped after being examined and approved by the consulate.

Entrustment application method

If you can't apply to the Consulate General in person due to long distance and weak health, you can entrust an agent to apply. The agent needs to bring his valid passport and residence permit, as well as the applicant's valid passport, residence permit and notarial certificate.

Mail application method

If the applicant cannot apply in person to the Consulate General for objective reasons, and it is not convenient to entrust others to apply, he can also apply by mail. If you apply by mail, you need to submit a copy of 1 applicant's valid passport and foreign legal residence certificate. If you have joined foreigners, you need to provide a copy of your foreign passport and the original China certificate with Chinese name. If the name is changed, please also provide a copy of the name change certificate, such as the name change paper and marriage certificate.

Legal basis: According to the Interim Measures of the State Council on Retirement and Resignation of Workers, Article 1 Workers in enterprises and institutions owned by the whole people, state organs and people's organizations shall retire if they meet one of the following conditions:

(a) men over 60 years of age, women over 50 years of age, continuous service for ten years.

(2) Those who are engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy manual labor or other jobs harmful to health, and have reached the age of 55 for men and 45 for women, and have worked continuously for ten years. This provision also applies to grassroots cadres whose working conditions are the same as those of workers.

(3) The male has reached the age of 50, the female has reached the age of 45, and has worked continuously for ten years, and has been certified by the hospital and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee, and has completely lost the ability to work.

(four) work-related disability, proved by the hospital, and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee, completely lost the ability to work.

Article 16 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * Individuals who participate in the basic old-age insurance will receive the basic old-age pension on a monthly basis if they have paid for fifteen years at the statutory retirement age. Individuals who participate in the basic old-age insurance and pay less than fifteen years when they reach the statutory retirement age can pay for fifteen years and receive the basic pension on a monthly basis; Can also be transferred to the new rural social endowment insurance or urban residents' social endowment insurance, enjoy the corresponding pension insurance benefits in accordance with the provisions of the State Council.
