The irrigation project of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station in Jinsha River is located in the southwest of Sichuan Basin, the hilly area in the northeast of Yunnan Province, adjacent to Chongqing. The development task of irrigation area is mainly irrigation, taking into account urban and rural life and industrial water supply. The irrigation project consists of five parts: water intake hub, irrigation canal system, water storage reservoir, water lifting project and field project. Combined with Xiangjiaba hydropower station dam, the water intake hub is located in the non-overflow dam section on both banks, and the designed water intake level is 370.00m m. It is divided into north main canal and south main canal with the Yangtze River as the boundary. The design flow at the head of the north main canal is 98m3/s, and that at the head of the south main canal is 38.0m3/s. ..
