Can I still get my pension after I settled abroad before the establishment of the social security system and now I can return to China?

Those who meet the following conditions can withdraw from employee pension insurance:

1. Those who have changed their nationality when settling abroad, and have a private passport with the word "IMMIGRANT" on their visa or residence permit. Immigration procedures issued by the local government department, and the cancellation page of the household registration book. The principal and interest of individual contributions during the enterprise payment period, the principal and interest of personal accounts during the payment period of flexible employment personnel, and the principal of individual contributions outside personal accounts will be returned.

2. For a person who dies on the job, the amount inherited by his legal heir shall be the principal and interest paid by the individual during the payment period of the enterprise, the principal and interest of the personal account during the payment period by the flexible employment personnel, and the principal paid by individuals outside the personal account.

3. Duplicate payment. If the flexible employment personnel’s payment overlaps with the enterprise’s payment, the flexible employment employee’s payment will be refunded; if the bank withholding payment overlaps with the enterprise’s payment, the refund will be refunded to the enterprise during the duplication period. Payment part; if the payment information of public institutions and flexible employment personnel overlap, the payment part of flexible employment personnel in the overlapping period will be refunded.
