From the date of submission of application materials (I-526).

More precisely:

1) After receiving your I-526 application, USCIS will fill in a specific date in a column called priority date on your I-526 receipt, and this date is your priority date.

2) At the beginning of each month, the Visa Office will announce the deadline of EB-5 visa schedule for next month. For example, the deadline for EB-5 visa this month (2065438+March 2006) is 2065438+February 2004 1.

3) If your priority date is earlier than this deadline, you can start the visa interview application procedure at the consulate (or if you start the I-485 review procedure at USCIS); If your priority date is later than this deadline, continue to wait for the schedule.
