"The earth may not be the most livable planet" became popular. Will people live on other planets in the future?

Whether the earth is the most suitable for human habitation or not, it is an indisputable fact that human beings have lived on the earth for millions of years and life has evolved for more than one billion years. At least the earth is livable. Of course, there is no denying that there are more livable planets in the universe than the earth. After all, the universe is so big.

Having said that, I actually want to add something. The reason why there are such doubts now is that the earth is not the same as before. If the living environment of modern human beings was 10000 or 5000 years ago, I think the environment of the earth can certainly meet the needs of human beings at that time, with less smog and people going out without wearing masks. There are voices saying that the earth is not the most suitable planet for human habitation, or because the development of human production has caused great damage to the earth and destroyed it into a state unsuitable for human habitation.

Secondly, whether humans will emigrate to other planets. I think so. If human beings continue to develop like this, the earth can't bear such damage and will collapse sooner or later. Then humans will have to emigrate from other planets. Moreover, even if humans manage the earth well, the solar system will disappear sooner or later, and humans will have to emigrate.

In short, whether human beings are active or passive, it is only a matter of time before the laws of the universe require human beings to move out of the earth to other places.
