According to the above responsibilities, the Research Office of Gansu Provincial People's Government has 8 internal organs:

(1) Secretariat.

Responsible for office messages, meetings, finance, confidential, archives, security and confidentiality; To undertake the personnel, organization establishment and labor wage work of the organ; Comprehensive coordination and supervision of the undertaking organ; To undertake liaison and coordination with the Research Office of the State Council, the State Council Development Research Center, policy research institutions of various provinces and cities, relevant departments in the province and policy research institutions of cities and counties; Undertake the service and management of retired cadres.

(2) Comprehensive Economic Research Office.

Responsible for drafting the "Government Work Report" of the provincial government; To undertake investigation and study on major issues such as long-term planning, land and resources, coordinated regional development, urban and rural construction, sustainable development, economic system reform and macro-control of economic operation, investment and price, and put forward policy suggestions.

(3) Rural Economic Research Office (Gansu Rural Fixed Observation Point Office).

To undertake investigation and study on major issues such as rural economic development and system reform, agriculture, forestry, water conservancy, farmers' income, poverty alleviation and development, food security, ecological civilization, migration and new rural construction in the whole province, and put forward policy suggestions; To undertake the investigation and study on the "three rural issues" in rural fixed observation points.

(4) Industrial Economic Research Office.

To undertake the investigation and study of major issues in the province's industry, transportation, energy, construction, environmental protection, industrial policy, enterprise reform, safety production, information construction and the development of non-public economy, and put forward policy suggestions.

(5) Finance and Trade Research Office.

To undertake investigation and study on major issues in finance, taxation, finance, commerce, consumption, tourism, market supervision and opening to the outside world, and put forward policy suggestions.

(6) Science, Education, Culture and Health Research Office.

To undertake the investigation and study of major issues in science and technology, education, culture, health, population and family planning, sports and other aspects of the province, and put forward policy suggestions.

(7) Social Development Research Office.

Investigate and study the major issues of the province's administrative system reform, government self-construction, public safety, employment and social security, income distribution, social stability, building a clean government, foreign affairs, ethnic, religious, civil affairs, and the cause of the disabled, and put forward policy suggestions.

(8) Information research room.

Undertake the dynamic collection, collation, analysis, editing and submission of important comprehensive information, and provide consulting services for the provincial government's decision-making; Edit and distribute relevant internal publications; Compile major research results and research reports, sort out relevant speeches of leading comrades and extract newspapers and online materials; Responsible for the declaration and management of scientific research projects; Responsible for computer and network management.

Party committees and discipline inspection and supervision institutions shall be set up according to relevant regulations.
