Australian relative immigrants

The conditions for applying for such immigrants are:

(1) The applicant's children must live in Australia, and the applicant must obtain the support guarantee for the children and their spouses for the first two years;

(2) The applicant must pass the head test, that is, more than half of the applicant's children must live in Australia, or the number of the applicant's children in Australia is greater than that in any other country.

2. Spouses of Australian citizens or permanent residents.

To apply for husband and wife immigration, the following conditions must be met:

(1) Must marry an Australian citizen or permanent resident;

(2) If the applicant is not in Australia, he must get married before entering Australia. He can apply for a visa before marriage, but he must get married before the visa is approved.

Such immigrants include elderly relatives, only-child immigrants and nursing immigrants.

(1) For elderly relatives to immigrate, the applicant must meet the definition of old age, be single, and live on a sponsor in Australia.

(2) Only the surviving family members emigrated to reunite the only overseas family member with his family in Australia. Applicants must be siblings or children (stepchildren) of Australian citizens or residents, and Australian relatives must be at least 18 years old.

(3) Taking care of immigrants is because the health status of the applicant's Australian relatives (or their family members) leads to their physical, mental or organ disorders, thus affecting their basic activities of daily life. The applicant must be able to provide substantial and continuous help to his Australian relatives (or their family members).
