Is it difficult to study in Spain?

1. Passport processing

You must apply for a passport to go abroad.

Prepare the original and copy of ID card and household registration book.

When you arrive, fill out the personal passport application form and attach photos. Take pictures in the photo studio. If you bring your own photo, this is free. Just take the photo and get the barcode. Paste the barcode on the form. Then line up at the acceptance window. If it's normal, it will be round soon. 200 yuan and Beijing promised to obtain evidence for 7 working days. (Take the payment receipt to the designated window to collect your passport, or collect it on your behalf. )

2. Visa preparation

All the visas I applied for are under 180 days, and some procedures can be omitted, so I only list all the materials needed for visas under 180 days.

I write according to the urgency:

1) Parents need to prepare for the following, because it takes a long time to get to school.

A. parents' household registration book. This is used by embassy staff when submitting visas. Translated into Spanish.

B. parents' work certificates. The position, working hours, salary (monthly income, annual income), the name and contact number of the person in charge of the company, the company's business license number and the company's official seal must be stated on it. It should be translated into Spanish (there are many templates in English online, which can be translated into English).

C. proof of funds. The bank certificate used to prove the parents' ability to pay, you will know what to do when you ask in the bank. Generally, it is enough to freeze 654.38 million yuan of funds.

Details of parents' passbook and running water in the last 6 months.

E. high school diploma. This needs notarization. If you leave your diploma at home, ask your parents to send it with you.

2) materials that need notarization and authentication

A. education. Bring the original high school diploma.

B. proof of kinship. The original certificate should be taken away from the notary office. It's just a piece of paper. Fill in the kinship that needs to be proved. The above materials do not need to be copied in advance, but can be copied free of charge at the notary office. They have their own copy format. At the same time of notarization, authentication should also be done. Students with Beijing hukou don't have to notarize their kinship ~ ~

3) Insurance and air ticket booking

A. insurance. Responsible for the medical expenses and sudden illness of international students during their stay in Spain, as well as the cost of transporting their bodies back to the motherland, with a minimum guarantee of not less than 30 thousand euros.

B. air ticket reservation. Call Ctrip customer service to get it done.

4) sign the contract.

You need to send an email to the embassy in advance to make an appointment, write it in Spanish (but the person who read the email is actually from China), and send it to cog.pekin.vis@maec.es, indicating your name, passport number, time to make an appointment, etc. Refer to the requirements on the embassy website, and then she will reply you with a time, which may be your expected time or she may arrange it for you (I will be tragic. . . A week later than I expected).

Make an appointment, grasp the time, and consider various factors. It is troublesome to make an appointment late, and you may not get a visa before going abroad; But it is not good to make an appointment in advance. It is possible that you have not prepared all the materials before the delivery date given to you.

5) Other necessary signing materials.

A. application form for studying abroad visa. Download the application form on the consulate website after the appointment is successful, and remember not to download it into a business application form. The form1* * has four sides, and it is best to print it in front and back format, that is, two pages. Fill in the information, paste the visa photo and copy the first page of the application form. This is the voucher when you get the visa.

B.a two-inch photo with a white background. I confiscated this when I handed it in, but I'd better prepare it just in case.

C. My account.

D. Envelopes Prepare two envelopes, and write down the detailed address (Chinese) and postal code of the applicant in China, just the normal size, and affix 6.80 stamps to each envelope.

E. study abroad program. Written in Spanish, indicating the motivation of studying abroad, the subjects to be studied or the research to be carried out, the arrangements for returning to China, etc. Just don't reveal the immigration tendency.

F. student id card. The written certificate has an English version on it and does not need translation.

G. Spanish proficiency certificate.

H. copy of inter-school communication text.

Hmm. . . It's almost the material above. The above materials (except two-inch photos and envelopes) should be copied in advance, especially for passports with clear regulations, and all pages (including blank pages) should also be copied. Don't forget the notarial certificate, make a copy. Be sure to check the forms given by the embassy one by one the day before signing the contract, and don't miss any materials. There are a lot of materials ... be sure to take good care of them.

/kloc-short-term study visas under 0/80 days do not need to submit a certificate of no criminal record and do not need to undergo a medical examination. But the application takes more than 180 days.

About the Spanish consulate

The Spanish Consulate is located at No.9 Dongsi Street, Sanlitun. Take the 10 line from shaoyaoju to the Agricultural Exhibition Hall, exit B 1. Cross the street and go to Dongsi Street. The entrance of the Spanish consulate is the most crowded. There are many institutions specializing in studying in Spain at the gate. They all look very enthusiastic and professional. You can ask them any questions about studying abroad.

Working hours of Spanish Consulate General in Beijing:

Monday to Thursday, from 8: 30am to 13.00, and from 14.00 to 17.00 in the afternoon.

Friday 8: 30am to 65438+ 5: 00pm.

Sign the bill only in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. The time of arrival at the consulate can be determined according to the number given to you by appointment. There is only one window for accepting study visas, and only 10 applications are accepted every day, as long as they arrive at 8:30 at the earliest. The security guard at the consulate will let people sit in and wait.

When signing, someone will ask questions while reviewing. The questions asked in Spanish are simple oral questions, so don't worry. I will also ask some questions in Chinese, such as questions about materials. If the materials are complete, it will be very smooth. Put all the materials in a purple envelope and you can go.

Then it waits for the signal. Of course, if the materials are unqualified, the consulate will also call for supplementary materials, or it may refuse the visa. . . We should be fully prepared psychologically. If the visa is fast, it will be approved in a week. My classmates all received a phone call from the embassy in about 7 days. I was delayed by the Christmas holiday, but I also got my visa after Christmas. So I began to pay attention to the phone in a week or so. They don't know when to call. It may be noon in the morning or afternoon, so it's best not to miss the phone. Once they miss it, they won't call again The signing time is from 2: 00 pm to 2: 30 pm from Monday to Thursday.
