Application conditions

Applicants who meet the following conditions can apply for long-term residence in Spain:

1,1over 8 years old;

2. Property certificate (provided by the principal applicant only);

The key to obtaining this kind of visa is to provide sufficient proof of property. There are two options:

1) bank deposit certificate (at least 6 months' statement is required without freezing), RMB 2 million, and RMB 2 million will be added for each additional subsidiary applicant. All deposits must be in the name of the principal applicant;

2) The company's assets (requiring audit reports) are divided into the following three situations:

To maintain Spanish identity, the following conditions must be met:

1. Before the extension, deposit enough living allowance into a personal account in Spain, with a family income of at least 654.38 million euros, issue a certificate and submit a certificate that the income in the previous year is not less than 75,000 euros;

2. Buy medical insurance;

3. You can't do business and work in the local area, and there are no illegal and criminal acts (if you want to work or do business in the local area, you can change your visa type);

4. Live in Spain every year for the first five years 1-3 months.

Requirements for Spanish nationality:
