1. The Wuxijiang Hybrid Pumped Storage Power Station Project in Zhejiang Province occupies the regional control scope, mainly involving Hunan Village, Po Shi Cun, Huajia Village, Hunan Town Farm and Lingyang Township Forest Farm. 2. From the date of issuance of this notice, new construction projects (including expansion, reconstruction and house decoration) are prohibited within the project area, and relevant examination and approval procedures are stopped, and all kinds of projects under construction are stopped. In violation of the provisions of the construction, according to the illegal construction behavior, no compensation.

3. From the date of promulgation of this notice, except newborns, married people, conscripts whose registered permanent residence is temporarily transferred out, college students, prisoners, etc. , prohibit other personnel from entering the occupied area of the project. Persons who move in without authorization in violation of the provisions of this notice shall not be resettled.

4. After this notice is issued, the project owner and the local government will organize the physical indicators survey according to the Outline of Land Acquisition Survey for the Construction of Wuxi River Hybrid Pumped Storage Power Station in Zhejiang Province (Draft for Approval).

5. All units, organizations and individuals in the project area should strictly implement the provisions of this notice and actively support and cooperate with the local government and relevant departments to carry out their work.
