Eaton, a brand of Eaton International Holdings Pte Ltd, whose trademark covers private education, training, school education and kindergarten education, applied for registration with the State Trademark Office on 0 1.04, 2002, and applied for registration announcement on May 7, 2007.

Eaton is a well-known education group in Singapore, founded in 1995, with more than 100 schools in the world. In 2002, Eaton applied for the registration of Eaton trademark in China and entered the China market. In 2003, Eaton registered the first international school in China in Suzhou, Jiangsu, and then set up 40 schools in more than 20 cities in China.

Asia Development Group registered Beijing Eaton International Kindergarten Co., Ltd. under the name of Eaton, and highlighted the word Eaton in the advertisement. Eaton Singapore believes that Beijing Eaton's behavior violated its previously registered exclusive right to use Eaton's trademark, which had a bad influence on it. On October 20 15, 15 10, Eaton Beijing was sued to the court, demanding that it immediately stop the relevant infringement.

The Beijing Intellectual Property Court made a final judgment on the dispute over infringement of Eaton's trademark rights, found that Eaton's behavior in Beijing constituted trademark infringement, ordered it to stop the infringement immediately, and compensated Eaton Singapore for 800,000 yuan.
