How to travel freely to Taiwan Province Province?

A complete list of free and open cities in Taiwan Province Province: Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Tianjin, Nanjing, Chongqing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Fuzhou, Jinan and Xi 'an. Opened on June 28th: Wuhan, Ningbo, Qingdao, Shenyang, Zhengzhou and Suzhou. 8/28: Changchun, Shijiazhuang, Kunming, Nanning, Changsha, Hefei and Quanzhou.

As long as I am a resident of the above 26 cities, I will take my ID card and household registration book to the local entry-exit administration department to apply for the Pass for Mainland Residents to and from Taiwan, and then apply for the Entry Permit.
