The American visa was rejected for the first time. Is it easy to get a second visa?

It is normal to refuse a visa. Based on Articles 2 12a, 2 14b and 22 1g of the Immigration and Nationality Act of the United States, we can know why the visa was refused and how to reduce the probability of visa refusal.

Article 2 12a:

You failed to prove that you have enough financial ability to pay all the expenses during your stay in the United States.

The first thing to be clear about this clause is that it is not a permanent refusal clause. If you are refused a visa because of this clause, you can apply for a new visa. When you apply for a visa again, you need to fully prepare proof of your financial situation, such as your bank deposit.

Article 2 14b:

You have failed to prove that you have economic relations, social relations and inseparable kinship in your original place of residence, so as to ensure that you only stay in the United States temporarily.

Since your relatives have stayed in the United States since they entered the United States on a non-immigrant visa, the consular officer thinks that your relatives in the United States are closer than those in China.

This clause is not a permanent refusal clause. If you are refused a visa because of this clause, you can apply for a new visa.

If you do business in the United States, you must be able to clearly show that the purpose of doing business in the United States is not only commensurate with your current position in the company, but also consistent with your company's business activities and financial situation. Unreasonable business plans will make people doubt whether you are willing to return to China.

If you apply for a visa to study abroad, you must have sufficient reasons to show that you can successfully complete your studies in an English school, and this kind of study is in line with your plan after returning to China.

Clause 22 1g:

You didn't provide all the documents required for a non-immigrant visa.

This clause is not a permanent refusal clause.

As long as the materials are complete, the American visa is easy to pass. In particular, on 20 14, 1 10, Obama announced at the APEC summit that the validity period of American visas would be extended to five years for students and to 10 for business visas. It will be more and more convenient for China people to go to the United States in the future.
