1. If the principal applicant is an American citizen and the parents submit I- 130 for their children to apply for immigration, the age of the beneficiary shall be subject to the age when I- 130 is submitted, and the immigration application will be "frozen" on the day it is submitted to the immigration office and will not be added.

2. If the principal applicant is a permanent resident and the parents submit I- 130 for their children to apply for immigration, the parents of permanent residents will be naturalized before their children reach 2 1 year old, and the age of the beneficiaries will be subject to the parents' naturalization date, which will be "frozen" on the same day without any increase.

Three, other types of immigrants (immigrants who are not immediate family members). On the day when the beneficiary's immigration schedule enters the quota state, the number of days of waiting period for immigration application is subtracted from the beneficiary's actual age to get the beneficiary's age. If the main applicant is an American citizen and applies for immigration for his sister, and the child was 18 years old when submitting the immigration application, he can apply for immigration with his sister. When there is an immigration quota, the child is already 25 years old, but after waiting for five years to immigrate, then the child's age should be reduced by five years and counted as 20 years old.
