According to the regulations of Taiwan Province Immigration Bureau, it takes six years for spouses in Chinese mainland to obtain Taiwanese identity cards.

The process is as follows:

Taiwan Province reunion → marriage registration → relative residence (more than 4 years per year 183 days) → long-term residence (more than 2 years per year 183 days) → settlement → household registration.

Since you divorced Mr. Taiwan Province Province the year before last, the custody right is registered with you, so your dependent residents should be corrected to your son.
