How to eliminate criminal records?

Have an indelible criminal record.

Once the criminal case record is formed, it cannot be eliminated. The record of criminal detention, even if the individual is not convicted and sentenced, will be kept for the record, but it does not constitute a criminal record, so it will not affect the personal life. The criminal punishment record, that is, the criminal record, will be recorded in the file and accompanied by the parties for life. These records are not open to the public, and can only be consulted after the judicial organs or lawyers handle criminal cases and get approval from the competent authorities. Therefore, both criminal detention records and criminal punishment records are indelible.

Influence of criminal case record:

1, employment restrictions: some units will require proof of no criminal record when recruiting, and having a criminal record may affect job hunting;

2. It is more difficult to go abroad: when applying for a visa or immigration, the criminal case record may become an obstacle to the exam;

3. Reputation damage: criminal case records may affect the reputation and image of individuals in society;

4. Restrict gun license: In some countries or regions, people with criminal records may not be able to obtain gun license;

5. Restriction of public office qualifications: People with criminal records may not be able to hold public office or engage in specific occupations.

To sum up, criminal case records cannot be eliminated. Both criminal detention records and criminal punishment records will be kept for the record, which will accompany the parties for life and can only be consulted under certain circumstances.
