What is the application process of graduate PR for Australian students?

basic requirements

1) diploma and experience

applicants must have a bachelor's degree or above. Applicants must have at least one year's work experience on the list of Australian occupations (depending on different majors, a major with a score of 6 only needs to have 12 months' work experience in the 18 months before application, and a major with a score of 5 or less needs to have 2 years' work experience in the 3 years before application). Other majors may require longer work experience, such as some occupations of managers. Skilled immigrants sponsored by residents in remote areas of Australia may have lower work experience. If an applicant who has obtained an Australian diploma applies within 6 months, he/she does not need any work experience (the 6-month period is counted from the time when the applicant completes the diploma, not from the time when the applicant gets the certificate). All non-Australian diplomas must be evaluated by the Australian Diploma Evaluation Committee and proved to meet the requirements of Australia before applying for immigration.

2) Age

Applicants must be under 45 years old.

3) English

Applicants must achieve at least 6 points in each IELTS test, reading, writing, listening and speaking, and the results are valid for one year. Immigration applicants under Australian relative sponsorship or general skilled migration need to score to determine whether their application can be approved. Scoring includes skills, age, English level, specific work experience, whether the major is in short supply (and whether there is an employer's letter of appointment), whether there is an Australian diploma, and the skills and kinship of the spouse (kinship is only for immigrant applicants sponsored by Australian relatives). As long as applicants meet the basic requirements, they can start scoring.

- If the applicant or his spouse has relatives who are Australian citizens or permanent residents and are willing to sponsor you, 15 points can be added.

- If the sponsor of the applicant lives outside Sydney, Perth, Brisben, Gold Coast, etc., including Melbourne and all Victoria, South Australia, Northern Territory, Capital Region and Tasmania, the applicant will not need to pass the scoring, and can immigrate as long as he meets the basic requirements. In addition, cousins and grandparents can also guarantee. However, the guarantor must live in those areas for more than one year.

Third, the immigration score

At present, the passing score is 12 points. There are two kinds of finalists: independent immigrants (without relatives' guarantee) are 12 points; Guaranteed by relatives is 1 points. You can submit your application as long as you have enough short-listed scores. If you reach or exceed the passing score at the trial, the immigration officer will re-examine your application. If you fail to pass the exam, you can wait for 2 years in the talent pool of the Australian Immigration Department, and all Australian employers can find your information through the database of the Immigration Department. In these two years, if the passing score drops to your actual score, your application will be approved; Or if an employer or state government is willing to guarantee you, you can get approval. If you don't get approval within 2 years, your application will be rejected.
