What is the application process of graduate PR for Australian students?

1) diploma and experience

applicants must have a bachelor's degree or above. Applicants must have at least one year's work experience on the list of Australian occupations (depending on different majors, a major with a score of 6 only needs to have 12 months' work experience in the 18 months before application, and a major with a score of 5 or less needs to have 2 years' work experience in the 3 years before application). Other majors may require longer work experience, such as some occupations of managers. Skilled immigrants sponsored by residents in remote areas of Australia may have lower work experience. If an applicant who has obtained an Australian diploma applies within 6 months, he/she does not need any work experience (the 6-month period is counted from the time when the applicant completes the diploma, not from the time when the applicant gets the certificate). All non-Australian diplomas must be evaluated by the Australian Diploma Evaluation Committee and proved to meet the requirements of Australia before applying for immigration.

Applicants must be under 45 years old.

3) English

Applicants must achieve at least 6 points in each IELTS test, reading, writing, listening and speaking, and the results are valid for one year. Second, the score calculation standard

Diploma and professional score:

- Extra points for major shortage in Australia:

- 15 points for major shortage without employer's letter of appointment;

- 2 points for lack of major and employer's letter of appointment.

Spouse points:

- If the spouse meets diploma experience, age and English conditions, 5 points can be added.

Other additional bonus points:

Anyone who meets any of the following three items can get 5 points (at most)

- He has at least 6 months' legal working experience in Australia in the four years before the application, and his occupation must be on the list of skilled occupations in Australia.

- invest 1, Australian dollars in the investment projects designated by the Australian government for more than 12 months.

- Fluent in the language of one of Australia's major trading partners (including Mandarin/Cantonese, but excluding English, and the applicant must have graduated from a regular university in China to get a diploma).

- If the applicant or his spouse has relatives who are Australian citizens or permanent residents and are willing to sponsor you, 15 points can be added.

- If the sponsor of the applicant lives outside Sydney, Perth, Brisben, Gold Coast, etc., including Melbourne and all Victoria, South Australia, Northern Territory, Capital Region and Tasmania, the applicant will not need to pass the scoring, and can immigrate as long as he meets the basic requirements. In addition, cousins and grandparents can also guarantee. However, the guarantor must live in those areas for more than one year.

Third, the immigration score

At present, the passing score is 12 points. There are two kinds of finalists: independent immigrants (without relatives' guarantee) are 12 points; Guaranteed by relatives is 1 points. You can submit your application as long as you have enough short-listed scores. If you reach or exceed the passing score at the trial, the immigration officer will re-examine your application.
