3. Wangkuai Reservoir is located on the Shahe River south of Xidaqinghe River in Wangkuai Village, Pingyang Town, Fuping County, Hebei Province.

This is a large-scale hub project focusing on flood control, irrigation and power generation. Buildings include barrage, spillway, spillway tunnel and hydropower station. 1960 started flood control and water storage, 1969 continued construction, including heightening barrage, widening and deepening spillway, setting gates and building hydropower stations. 4. Panjiakou Reservoir is located in Qianxi County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, China and Kuancheng Manchu Autonomous County, Chengde City.

The reservoir was approved by the State Council as one of the important projects of "diverting Luanhe River into Tianjin". Panjiakou Reservoir is the main project of diverting Luanhe River into Tianjin and one of the reservoirs in North China. 6. Gangnan Reservoir is located in Pingshan County, Hebei Province.

Gangnan Reservoir is located in Pingshan County, Hebei Province, on the main stream of Hutuo River. It can be used in combination with Huangbizhuang Reservoir to thoroughly control the Hutuo River flash floods, which is one of the key projects to control the Hutuo River.

The project consists of 1 main dam, 17 auxiliary dam, normal spillway, new spillway, emergency spillway, spillway tunnel, water conveyance tunnel and power station. The reservoir is a large-scale water conservancy project for flood control irrigation and comprehensive utilization of fish culture in generator reservoir area.

The reservoir was designed by Beijing Design Institute of Ministry of Water and Electricity and constructed by Gangnan Reservoir Engineering Bureau. /kloc-0 was completed in March 1958 and/kloc-0 was completed in June 1962.
