Recently, COVID-19 epidemic occurred in the surrounding areas, and the prevention and control situation is complicated and severe. In order to further improve the prevention and control of epidemic situation and medical treatment, make a good pass, build a strong defense line, and ensure the life and health of patients, caregivers and medical staff to the maximum extent, our hospital has set up epidemic prevention and control card points at the entrances and exits of each building, and the staff will remind you to scan the code, take your temperature and wear a mask. All personnel must wear masks regularly during their stay in the hospital.

The specific prevention and control measures are as follows:

1. Outpatient management

1. Please wear a mask all the time when you enter the hospital, take your temperature, check your health code and trip code in the pre-inspection triage channel, and accept epidemiological investigation. Only when your temperature is normal and your health code and trip code are checked for green code can you enter the outpatient clinic. Wait in line in strict accordance with the "one-meter line".

2. For patients without smart phones, please cooperate with the staff to register information before going to the clinic.

3. Consciously cooperate with the implementation of "one doctor, one patient and one consulting room" when visiting the clinic to avoid people gathering. Please keep a distance of more than 1 meter when visiting the clinic, and each patient is limited to be accompanied by a family member.

4. When waiting for a doctor, sit at intervals. Please consciously keep a distance of more than 1 meter during the inspection, taking medicine, paying fees and going through the formalities of admission and discharge.

5. People whose health code is "green code" with ※, "yellow code" and "red code", whose body temperature is ≥37.3℃, or who have a suspicious epidemiological history, please take the initiative to go to the fever clinic for screening.

II. Ward management

1. During the hospitalization, patients are completely forbidden to visit. Call, WeChat, video, etc. are recommended for visits and condolences.

2. Hospitalized patients and accompanying staff need to hold nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours before admission. In-patients are limited to one person to accompany them, and patients and accompanying personnel need to carry out nucleic acid testing according to the requirements of the department.

3. The escort personnel shall enter and leave the ward with the escort certificate, and the inpatients shall enter and leave the ward with the "wrist strap". It is forbidden to enter and leave without relevant certificates.

4. During the stay in the hospital, the escort must abide by the hospital regulations, wear a mask and move in a limited area, and it is forbidden to walk across wards and gather people to chat.

5. keep the air in the sick room fresh, increase the frequency of window ventilation, open the window for ventilation at least twice a day for at least 3 minutes each time, and keep warm during ventilation to avoid catching cold.

6. Take the initiative to cooperate with body temperature detection and do a good job in personal health monitoring. If you have fever, dry cough, fatigue or other suspicious symptoms, you should immediately report to the medical staff.

III. Management of fever clinic

1. All patients who enter the fever clinic must be tested for Covid-19 nucleic acid.

2. Patients with respiratory symptoms such as fever, dry cough, stuffy nose, runny nose and sore throat, digestive symptoms such as diarrhea or other symptoms such as fatigue, myalgia, conjunctivitis and decreased sense of smell and taste should go directly to the fever clinic.

3. Patients with suspected epidemiological history and contact history found in pre-screening and triage who have the above symptoms must be guided to the fever clinic for investigation.

4. Suspicious epidemiological history and contact history include, but are not limited to, the following:

Have lived abroad and in medium and high-risk areas within p>28 days;

having a history of contact with people from overseas and medium and high-risk areas within p>21 days;

there was a history of clustering within p>14 days.

Fourth, personal hygiene habits

Pay attention to personal hygiene, cover your mouth and nose with paper towels when coughing or sneezing, wash your hands frequently, don't touch your mouth, eyes and nose with dirty hands, and don't spit everywhere. Wrap the mouth and nose secretions with paper towels and dispose of them in the covered garbage bin.

V. Location of collection point of nucleic acid test specimen

Nucleic acid test point: it is set on the first floor of infectious diseases department on the west side of the hospital, and the collection time is from 8: am to 11: 3 am and from 2: 3 pm to 5: 3 pm.
