List of materials required for foreign inviters and domestic applicants to apply for Hungarian business visas.

Foreign invitation materials

The foreign inviter shall submit an invitation letter issued by the Hungarian Immigration Bureau or the national government.

Domestic applicant materials

Domestic applicants are required to submit a valid passport, a copy of the first page of the passport, a copy of the ID card and household registration book (the original is presented when applying), 1 color photos (within 6 months), a complete and signed visa application form 1, health insurance and proof of legal residence in the country.

Proof of assets of the travel expenses undertaker

When submitting the visa application, the applicant should provide the asset certificate of the travel expenses undertaker and the travel purpose certificate in addition to the above materials. The travel expenses undertaker shall provide the following documents: the original income certificate of the employer; Or bank deposit certificate or retirement amount certificate in the last three months; Or individual or private enterprise registration certificate; Or a valid air ticket, booked in Hungary; Proof that the expenses are borne by the applicant's unit.

Materials for visiting relatives

Purpose of visiting relatives: a statement of the purpose of visiting relatives or proof of the applicant's kinship, which indicates the real purpose of his entry and stay, whether he has a criminal record, the degree of kinship and the names, addresses and telephone numbers of family members.
