Standing on the observation deck of Tanziling, we can have a panoramic view of the Three Gorges Dam, including the dam, Pinghu, shiplock and Xiling Bridge. The Three Gorges Dam is like a silver dragon lying in the river, intercepting the flowing Yangtze River water here. On the dam is calm lake water, and under the dam is turbulent torrent. The dam is releasing water, and the flood on the dam is sprayed out through the spillway of the dam. The momentum is like a rainbow, and the scene is spectacular. Looking down in the direction of the river, a five-level channel of the lock that helps passing ships cross the dam appears in front of us. It forms a triangle with dams and rivers, and Tanziling is in the triangle.

Finally, we came to the observation deck 185, which is flush with the height of the dam, so it is called observation deck 185, where we can watch the high gorge Pinghu at close range. The dam is guarded by armed police, and the lake is full of smoke. In the distance, you can vaguely see Qu Yuan's hometown-Zigui County and the island in the lake.

All this was recorded by our cameras and video cameras. The one-day happy trip to the Three Gorges Dam is over, but the grandeur of the Three Gorges Dam and the beautiful scenery around it will always be imprinted in my mind.
