How about 55 points for Australian skilled immigrants?

For the remaining 5 points, the better way is "state guarantee".

The Australian government guarantees immigration, and the government-sponsored immigration policy of each state or territory is different. However, nearly 20,000 Australian immigrants are guaranteed by the state government every year, accounting for 25% of Australian skilled immigrants. More importantly, the threshold of government-sponsored immigration is relatively low, which is more suitable for the characteristics of immigrants in China.

There are two kinds of skilled immigrant visas guaranteed by the state government.

Permanent residence (190 visa) and temporary residence (489 visa).

The winner of the 190 visa can live and work anywhere in Australia without any restrictions. Visa 489 is a four-year temporary visa, which requires that the visa holder must live in the sponsoring country for more than two years and work 1 year. If this condition is met, the 489 visa can be converted into permanent residence (190 visa).

Immigration advantages guaranteed by the state government

If the applicant is guaranteed by any of the above-mentioned state governments, the applicant will be automatically invited by the Immigration Bureau to submit a visa application without competing with other skilled immigrants and waiting for the invitation letter (EOI) issued by the Immigration Bureau. In other words, once guaranteed by the government, you can at least guarantee that you can get priority trial qualification without waiting for the opportunity. In addition, the applicant has the following immigration advantages:

If you get a 489 visa guarantee from any state government, then the applicant can get a score of 10, which is equivalent to five years' working experience in China or seven points in Yasi.

If you get a 190 visa guarantee from any state government, the applicant can get 5 points for skilled migration, which is equivalent to 3 years' working experience in China or 3-level translation.

Here, I would like to introduce the state insurance of QLD Queensland and NSW New South Wales in Australia's eight major states, hoping to help you add that 5 points smoothly!
