What's wrong with dreaming of emigration?

Therefore, it is very realistic for Russia that a large number of people immigrate to developed Europe, North America and Asia every year in order to pursue a better life. Therefore, if Russia does not develop its economy and improve people's living standards, its population will only decrease.
