What are the economic pillar industries in Xinjiang? What is the salary income?

I am from Yili (Yining City), Xinjiang, and have been to almost all major cities in Xinjiang.

Generally speaking, Xinjiang has two distinctive economies: the "one black and one white" strategy that the Xinjiang government often says, black oil; White cotton, one is the pillar of industry and the other is the pillar of agriculture. In recent years, Xinjiang, especially Urumqi's manufacturing industry (mainly electromechanical) has developed rapidly, earning more foreign exchange through export. Then there is the tourism industry in Xinjiang. As a multi-ethnic gathering area with vast territory and unique customs, the tertiary industry with tourism as its main industry has also become the pillar economy of Xinjiang.

Income varies from place to place. Xinjiang's economy is mainly driven by northern Xinjiang, which is the most dynamic region in Xinjiang, such as Wuchang (Urumqi and changji city) and Golden Triangle (Kuitun, Wusu and Dushanzi regions in Karamay). The economic centers of southern Xinjiang should be Korla and Kashgar. The income in northern Xinjiang is higher, and the highest should be Karamay: Karamay is known as the son of the country and a typical immigrant city. In order to gather people from all over the country, the income level ranks in the top five among 600 large and medium-sized cities in China (similar to Shenzhen, but the price is also the highest in Xinjiang), followed by Urumqi, Changji and Korla, with an average monthly income of about 2,000 yuan, followed by the Golden Triangle. There are also most second-tier cities such as Aksu, Yining and Hami, with an average income of about 1.5 million yuan. I have been to some cities in the mainland. Comparatively speaking, wages in Xinjiang are relatively good in the western region.
