What measures should European countries take to leave Greece?

Greece is considering abandoning the euro and using the dollar after leaving the European Union. The Daily Mail reported that Ted marlock, the EU ambassador chosen by President Donald Trump, claimed that senior Greek economists were considering accepting American banknotes if Greece gave up using European currency.
