20 18 Yichang's new regulations on visa fingerprint collection in Canada.

The official website Immigration Canada announced a brand-new visa regulation this week, which attracted a surprise:

Starting from the summer of 20 18, foreigners except American citizens need to collect fingerprints and submit photos when applying for a tourist visa, a study visa or a work visa to Canada.

And during the period of holding a legal visa in Canada, biological samples including fingerprints and photos must be updated to the Canadian Immigration Service every ten years.

Cabinet ministers and senior United Nations officials

Foreign diplomats attending official activities

Refugee applicants also provide the required biological samples when applying for a work visa or a study visa.

Temporary residents, and provided the required biological collection in the process of applying for permanent residents.

Significance of collecting biological samples
