Huangjiang Village is located in Zhongli Township, which is located in the Lotus Mountains in the north of Guigang City. It is 2 1 km away from the urban area. Founded in 1958, formerly known as Longshan People's Commune. 1987 was renamed Zhongli township. The administrative area is 192 square kilometers, adjacent to Dawei Town in the east, Wantong Town in wuxuan county of Laibin City and Donglong Town in Qintang City in the west, Gangcheng Town and Genzhu Township in the south and Kistler Township in the north. Zhongli Township is a poverty-stricken mountain town integrating the old, the young, the frontier, the mountains, the poor and the reservoir. It is the largest township in Gangbei District. It has jurisdiction over 23 administrative villages, 106 natural villages and 285 villagers' groups with a population of 78,200, including 4,748 immigrants from large reservoir areas. The main ethnic groups are Zhuang and Han, of which the Zhuang population accounts for 96%.
