We will continue to take the construction of the new district as the top priority, strive for the 8 billion loan package for the urbanization construction of the new district, build a good financing platform, and speed up the construction of the new district.

4. Strive to manage investment projects within the central budget. Seriously study the national industrial policy and investment orientation, actively communicate with the development and reform departments at higher levels, actively declare new projects such as 1000 billion Jin of grain and comprehensive management of rocky desertification, and strive for national funds of 3511500,000 yuan. Two new township hospitals were built in Liutang Town and Wu Tong Town, with a state fund of 3.84 million yuan. In order to strengthen the management of the use of funds, a leading group was set up to formulate specific implementation plans, and 309 centrally funded projects from 20xx—20xx were carefully sorted out. On the basis of welcoming the accountability inspection of the municipal development and reform system and the special inspection team for poverty alleviation through investment in the central budget of the xx District Commission for Discipline Inspection, the project belonging to our district was inspected one by one.

Reception should not buy drinks, local products, etc. For the existing problems before, a list of problems has been made, and the manager is required to explain the problems, and all the rectification has been completed.

Second, the existing difficulties.

(1) The downward pressure on the economy is relatively high. Affected by the domestic economy, the investment growth rate has slowed down, which has a great impact on the GDP growth rate and fixed assets investment in the whole region.

(2) Some major projects are difficult to advance. There are problems such as low project operating rate, low investment completion rate and unbalanced progress. The contradiction between land acquisition and demolition is generally prominent, and the problem of farmers blocking work occurs from time to time.

(3) The development of service industry is relatively slow. The traditional service industry has a large proportion, small scale and low level, and most of them are at the low end of the industrial chain. Large-scale service industry projects are still in the early stage and investment construction period.

Third, the preliminary idea of the work
