At present, the preliminary work such as construction design and land storage has been completed, and it has passed the inspection and supervision of the Planning Department of the Ministry of Transport and the Provincial Department of Transportation, and has been initially determined to be included in the subsidy project of the Ministry of Transport. At present, the plot has been collected and entered the listing procedure. Land certificates and construction permits are being processed, and "three links and one leveling" and the construction of fences and walls are being stepped up. While handling the land certificate and construction permit, the transportation corporation of our bureau actively entered the province to Beijing, coordinated the relationship between the transportation departments, and strived for policy subsidy funds from ministries and agencies.

Major project planning reserve:? Fuzhou Jinyilai Investment Management Co., Ltd. invested 654.38+0.2 billion yuan to build a shopping center project in cooperation with the First Transportation Company of our bureau, which has been approved by the Municipal Development and Reform Commission. ? The second phase project of Wanli Logistics Park invested 300 million yuan, covering an area of 1.20 mu, providing transportation, warehousing and intermodal services for ordinary goods.

The system can monitor the dynamic information of vehicles in real time, report the time and location of vehicles in the form of text maps, and accurately display the relevant information of vehicles, such as stop, time, speed, direction, status, latitude and longitude, driver information, contact information, speeding alarm, etc. It can realize the functions of capturing the situation inside the vehicle remotely, sending monitoring instructions, sending back alarm information in real time, inquiring the historical data of the vehicle and so on, and realize accurate, real-time and complete vehicle monitoring data and effective monitoring. The system is convenient to install and fast to run, and can dynamically monitor the vehicles in the pipeline anytime and anywhere through the network and computer.

The on-board GPS satellite positioning devices installed on passenger cars and new dangerous goods vehicles operated by the company are all GPS vehicle driving recorders (the implementation standard is JT/T794-20 1 1), and the on-board GPS satellite positioning devices installed on dangerous goods transport vehicles adopt Jingang series and excellent series of on-board GPS satellite positioning devices developed and produced by Xuchang Wan Li Information Technology Co., Ltd., These devices meet the technical standards of Technical Requirements for Vehicle Terminal of Satellite Positioning System for Road Transport Vehicles (JT/T794). These devices are advanced in technology, stable in performance and reliable in quality, and can accurately and effectively implement vehicle dynamic monitoring.

In order to better realize the GPS dynamic monitoring of vehicles, according to the requirements of the GPS positioning system, the company has specially built a high-performance and efficient server (brand IBM, a well-known brand in the market) for the GPS positioning system, and is equipped with gigabit routers (brand Aitai), gigabit switches (brand D-Link), uninterruptible UPS power supply (brand Sander, which can continue to supply power to the server in case of sudden power failure), projectors and other equipment, and is specially equipped.

In order to better realize all-round uninterrupted monitoring of vehicles, the company set up a monitoring room in the head office and assigned special personnel to monitor in shifts, and equipped computers and graded GPS monitoring platforms in the company's passenger transportation branch and dangerous transportation branch, and at the same time, a special person was responsible for GPS monitoring, thus realizing the company's monitoring system for all-round uninterrupted monitoring of vehicle dynamic information.

The highway construction test and testing center of our bureau passed the Grade C qualification evaluation of provincial highway engineering test and testing institutions last year. Since the beginning of this year, the testing center has continuously improved the professional skills and work efficiency of quality inspectors through planned and multi-level personnel training. At the same time, it invested nearly 600,000 yuan to acquire a number of advanced quality inspection equipment such as nonmetallic ultrasonic detectors and steel corrosion detectors, and actively participated in the quality inspection of rural highway construction in the city. In the construction of rural highway bridges, we should increase the sampling frequency of construction units, adhere to testing standards, ensure accurate and timely testing results, and provide scientific guidance for construction; At the same time, it is mandatory to set up a site laboratory for each construction project to at least meet the test requirements of conventional tests such as raw materials, ash dosage, compactness, compressive strength, screening and slump. All the tests that can't be carried out on site are entrusted to the bureau's test and testing center, and all are based on the test data, which effectively ensures the quality of rural highway construction in our city. Strengthen on-site management, find problems and solve them in time. During the construction process, the leaders of the Transportation Bureau, the managers of rural areas and relevant departments often go deep into the construction sites to conduct on-site sampling inspection on the quality, mixture ratio, compactness and smoothness of the incoming materials, and punish them in strict accordance with the Measures for Rewards and Punishment in the Construction Management of Rural Highway Construction Projects in xx City when problems are found. At the same time, through organizing observation, on-site meetings, regular site meetings and other forms, the problems existing in the construction can be found and solved in time, and indoor information can be standardized in the form of meetings instead of training, so as to gradually realize the standardized management of rural highway construction projects in our city. Pay close attention to process supervision to ensure project quality. In the quality management of highway engineering, the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Quality Inspection in Three Key Stages of Rural Highway Construction Engineering shall be strictly implemented, so as to ensure that each working procedure is qualified before entering the next working procedure. At the same time, focus on strengthening the dynamic supervision of subgrade treatment, material ratio, pavement paving, bridge foundation pile grouting and beam slab prefabrication, and never let go of any hidden danger. We resolutely deal with the "problem" sections, effectively promoting the quality management of engineering construction, and the quality level has reached a new level every year. Boldly adopt new technologies and new processes to improve project quality. In this year's reconstruction project at the junction of Zhoushan and Dengxi on X032 line and the new project from Tangxi to Zhaolou Bridge on X03 1 line, we boldly adopted the slurry seal technology for expressway construction, which was used for the lower seal of asphalt concrete pavement, and played a very good role in preventing water from damaging subgrade, delaying reflection cracks and prolonging the service life of highway. In late June and late August, the main leaders of xx Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government went to the first line of rural highway construction in our city twice to solve the difficulties and problems in the construction process on the spot. On June 28th, the Supervision Team of the Provincial Communications Department supervised and inspected the rural highway construction in our city this year. Provincial and municipal leaders praised the rapid progress and good quality of rural highway construction projects in our city in 20xx, and fully affirmed the practice of adopting new technologies and new processes in county and township highway construction in our city. Resolutely crack down on unauthorized road transport and strive to create a good market environment for road transport.

(3) Give full play to departmental advantages and improve people's livelihood. Based on serving the economy and the overall situation, we will actively strive for projects and funds and vigorously improve the travel conditions of the masses.

(4) Strict work discipline and maintenance of traffic image. Resolutely implement the Central Committee's "Several Guidelines for Leading Cadres of the Party and Government to Be Honest in Politics" and Nanyang City's "Ten Prohibitions for Office Workers", find and investigate the true violations of discipline and discipline in letters and visits, and strive to improve the efficiency and level of serving economic development and serving enterprises and institutions.

4. Take serving the masses as the center and improving efficiency as the main line, and do our best to serve customers.

Our transportation corporation has set up 9 loading and unloading teams and 1 mechanical loading and unloading branches in xx railway station and key warehouses and factories in the urban area. This company is the largest supplier of edible oil and vegetable protein in the central and western regions, and it is a large oil group integrating production and processing, scientific research and development, import and export trade, logistics and transportation, and sales and service. The group company signed an investment agreement with xx municipal government to build a new project of processing 500,000 tons of vegetable oil to produce high-protein series products. The arrival of soybean raw materials alone is more than 200,000 tons per year, which is very large and the municipal government attaches great importance to it. With the care and help of the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, after coordination, it is agreed that this transportation business will be operated by the Transportation Corporation, and the "door-to-door" service will be implemented, with remarkable results.

The company's modern travel agency received more than 240 tourists in the first three quarters, including more than 70 long-term tourists/kloc-0 and more than 60 short-term tourists. A number of special routes such as "Danjiang Grand View Garden Through Train" and "Hubei Lvlin Mountain" have been added. The travel agency set up a train ticket sales window in early September, and has sold more than 800 train tickets so far. Three. Existing problems and next steps

Although our bureau has made some achievements in implementing the "Four Drives", there are still some problems to be solved urgently in implementing project-driven, brand-driven, innovation-driven and service-driven due to the limitations of economic and social development level, geographical conditions and cognitive level:

Driven by the project, the way to strive for funds is inflexible, the information is ineffective and the measures are single. In the process of project construction, the constraints of land and funds are more prominent, and some facilities projects are affected by weak basic work such as preliminary planning. When reporting the statistical data of project development, the thought is conservative, the information dynamic is ineffective, the combination of reality and reality is unscientific, and the technical treatment is not in place; Due to the limited local financial resources and difficulties in local supporting, there is a big gap in local financial supporting for rural roads and dangerous bridges reconstruction projects, and the construction funds are seriously insufficient. At the same time, due to the continuous expansion of highway scale, the maintenance investment is seriously insufficient, and the maintenance task is very arduous.

In terms of brand promotion, our bureau has carried out some highlight activities, such as Lei Feng bus selection, Lei Feng taxi and love grading examination, but it lacks further publicity and the degree of brand development and utilization is low.

Driven by innovation, the innovation system is still incomplete, human resources are short, and innovation funds are insufficient.

In terms of service drive, the phenomenon of poor service quality and low service quality of individual law enforcement officers and staff still exists objectively. In standardizing the law enforcement of transportation administration, we should continue to adhere to the policy of giving priority to education and supplementing punishment.

In view of the above problems, in the future work, we will continue to adhere to the major strategic measures of the "Four Drives", strengthen study, raise awareness, grasp key points, pay close attention to implementation, further strengthen publicity, work promotion and work supervision, and promote the further solid development of the "Four Drives" work.
