Will strict international student status affect students' normal college entrance examination?

With the improvement of internationalization level of China University, many universities are striving to improve their international popularity and influence, so they recruit a large number of international students every year. This is not only the inevitable process of internationalization of China University, but also an important embodiment of China's inclusive and open thought. For international students, if universities strictly control the quality and follow strict procedures to study in China University, I believe everyone is very welcome.

Planning overseas status for children's education is not only to let children enjoy equal quality education in their own country. You can also choose to send your children to a local international school, and then you can go to countries such as Britain and the United States to upgrade to this school with favorable conditions, and easily jump out of the educational powers such as Britain and the United States.

There are many so-called middle-class families in China. In order to avoid fierce competition in the college entrance examination, the parents of these families transferred their children's nationality to foreign countries or Hong Kong. Although these children were born abroad and have foreign nationality, they have basically never lived abroad and basically received domestic education. According to the regulations of previous years, these international students can apply for well-known domestic universities as international students, even if they have not lived and studied abroad, and they are basically admitted with lower standards, commonly known as advanced-level examination immigrants with general education certificates.

The Ministry of Education attaches great importance to this phenomenon. In order to adapt to the new situation of studying abroad in China and solve the new problems in the management process, on the basis of preliminary investigation and extensive solicitation of opinions, the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Regulating the Work of Accepting Foreign Students in Chinese Colleges and Universities was revised to further tighten the application qualifications of foreign students to enter the junior college stage of Chinese colleges and universities. While maintaining policy continuity, efforts should be made to solve new problems. Students whose parents are citizens of China or whose parents are born with foreign nationality enter the junior college as international students. In addition to meeting other university registration qualifications, applicants must also have a record of actually living in a foreign country for more than two years in the past four years. For students with unknown nationality, institutions of higher learning or students themselves can make judgments according to the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China, or they can verify and confirm their nationality with the exit-entry administration department of the local public security organ at or above the county level.
