Registered civil engineer (water conservancy and hydropower engineering)

China citizens who abide by national laws and regulations, abide by professional ethics and have corresponding professional education and professional practice conditions can sign up for the qualification examination of registered civil engineers (water conservancy and hydropower projects).

Among them, registered civil engineers (water conservancy and hydropower projects) are selected according to five professional directions: water conservancy and hydropower project planning, hydraulic structure, water conservancy and hydropower engineering geology, water conservancy and hydropower project resettlement and water and soil conservation of water conservancy and hydropower projects.

1. Registration conditions for basic examination:

(1) Obtain a bachelor's degree or above in this major (refer to water conservancy and hydropower engineering, hydrology and water resources engineering, agricultural water conservancy engineering, soil and water conservation and desertification control, see attached table 1, the same below) or similar major (refer to port waterway and coastal engineering, civil engineering, exploration technology and engineering, see attached table 1, the same below).

(2) Obtained a college degree in this major or a similar major, and engaged in the survey and design of water conservancy and hydropower projects for 1 year.

(3) Obtained a bachelor's degree or above in other engineering majors, and engaged in the survey and design of water conservancy and hydropower projects for 1 year.

2. Those who pass the basic examination and meet one of the following conditions may apply for professional examination:

(1) Having been engaged in the survey and design of water conservancy and hydropower projects for 2 years after obtaining the professional doctorate; Or after obtaining a similar professional doctorate, he has been engaged in the survey and design of water conservancy and hydropower projects for 3 years.

(2) After obtaining a master's degree in this major, he has been engaged in the survey and design of water conservancy and hydropower projects for 3 years; Or after obtaining a master's degree in a similar major, he has been engaged in the survey and design of water conservancy and hydropower projects for 4 years.

(3) Obtained a double bachelor's degree including this major or graduated from the postgraduate class of this major, and has been engaged in the survey and design of water conservancy and hydropower projects for 4 years; After graduating from a double bachelor's degree or postgraduate class in a similar major, he has been engaged in the survey and design of water conservancy and hydropower projects for 5 years.

(4) after obtaining a bachelor's degree or degree that has passed the professional education evaluation, engage in water conservancy and hydropower work.

Engineering survey and design work for 4 years; Or after obtaining a bachelor's degree or degree that has not passed the professional education evaluation, he has been engaged in the survey and design of water conservancy and hydropower projects for 5 years; Or get a bachelor's degree in a similar major.

Or after obtaining a university degree, he has been engaged in the survey and design of water conservancy and hydropower projects for 6 years.

(5) Having obtained a college degree in this major, he has been engaged in the survey and design of water conservancy and hydropower projects for 6 years; Or after obtaining a college degree in a similar major, he has been engaged in the survey and design of water conservancy and hydropower projects for 7 years.

(6) Obtained a bachelor's degree or above in other engineering majors, and has been engaged in the survey and design of water conservancy and hydropower projects for 8 years.

Brief introduction of registered civil engineer

Registered civil engineer refers to the professional and technical personnel who have obtained the qualification certificate of registered civil engineer in People's Republic of China (PRC) and the registration certificate of registered civil engineer in People's Republic of China (PRC) and are engaged in this project. Registered civil engineers are divided into four majors: geotechnical engineering, port and waterway engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering and road engineering;

In April 2002, the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction issued the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Interim Provisions on the Qualification System for Registered Civil Engineers, the Implementation Measures for the Examination of the Qualification System for Registered Civil Engineers, and the Confirmation Measures for the Examination of the Qualification System for Registered Civil Engineers (No.35 [2002] issued by the Ministry of Personnel), and decided to implement the qualification system for registered civil engineers in China.

Water conservancy and hydropower engineering
